Pak Choi can be used for many things, from salads to steaming, soups stir fries and more! Also known as bok choi in some places. The heads have thick white ribs. You can harvest young as baby greens, or wait till about 50 days and harvest the whole head. Very fun plant to grow. Not very heat tolerant, although we have had good luck at the farm here in Florida during the winter.
Up to 50 days.

Chinese Cabbage growing info:
Chinese cabbage is easy to grow with the right soil and water conditions! Start indoors 6 weeks before last frost in northern climates or plant directly in the soil ¼ inch deep between 4-8 inches apart. Plant into well draining nutrient dense soil with high organic content. Keep the soil consistently moist for best results. Chinese cabbage is not heat tolerant but is frost tolerant. Be aware that cabbage that has survived a hard frost will not store for as long.
